Two Scots on 'The Weakest Link' admitted letting Racism influence their votes. Should they be prosecuted with the full force of the Law ?

I can't quite understand how this racism malarky works. The other day I heard the announcer on national radio openly slag off the Germans and the French, so that must be OK, just as it is to slag off the English, Scottish and Welsh (although in this case I think Ann Robinson got into some difficuty with them). But I think it is racist to call the Irish, who knows anymore? I am now even more confused than I was before. I might even be called racist just by answering this question.
