I've been phoning them for two days now about a broadband problem - and I've been unable to get through to a human being. So I don't think we're getting a refund any time soon.

mrknowall is right. I phoned to complain about loss of Sky channels and was offered unlimited phone calls(was on free weekends), broadband and more channels for �20 a month less than I pay now.
