I just watched an episode yesterday , I think it was one of the earlier ones..

Is Dr Cox actually in love with Carla? I didn't know that!

He is in love with Carla in the early series. I'm fairly sure theres a scene where he fronts up to Turk ( her bofriend ) and basically says " You slip up and i'll be right there ". She is aware of his feelings but loves Turk.

Where they took this in later series i'm not sure as my freeview is bust!

No he is no longer in love with Carla. He respects her as a colleague and no more now. She seems to be the only person he doesnt abuse or belittle.

His relationship with ex-wife Jordan is back on track (of sorts) and theyve just had a 2nd child
