Life on Mars song query

This may be a bit difficult but.....
In one of the last episodes of the current run, (possibly the one where he meets his girlfriends mother working in a record shop) there was a song on the soundtrack that I'm looking for. It was an acoustic number, no other instruments other than the guitar I think and the lyrics went along the lines of "And I think that I'm falling in love with you" and "I hope that you don't fall in love with me" or something like that. Sorry to be so vague, but I didn't record the programme. Anyone have a clue??
