Anyone know why Saving Private Ryan was replaced by Hart's War last night?

It was probably to do with the abduction in Iraq of 5 British workers - "sensitivity" I believe it's called. The TV channels will do this sort of thing. When the Russian submarine Kursk sank in the Arctic Sea, the BBC cancelled a program about submarines in sympathy, although I doubt whether anyone in Russia can receive BBC TV.

Brilliant logic!. British soldiers get captured so they replace the scheduled film with one about British soldiers in captivity.
