Can anyone remember when Eric Pollard in Emmerdale killed his wife, what happened and how did he get away with it?

Can`t say for definite he did.Elizabeth Feldman was killed as the airplane crashed into the village in 1993, but it was never said for sure that he had killed her amid all the confusion, so I would say he was innocent until.......
