Hi Does anyone know the truth behind Stella's little sisters death? Surely it can't have been meningitis

I think she drowned but i dont know if it was stella or if stella never helped her when she was drowning!

Thanks for that, Also I think the younger sister was the fathers favorite child, as Stellas mother was on speaking terms with her but her father obviusly was not
