Can you remember ...

Can anyone remember a young boy who appeared on Wogan and that type of programme, who was very clever and had really white blonde curly hair? I believe he is now a woman!
Anyone know his name please?

I watched her on 'Trust Me, I'm a Beauty Therapist' earlier this year - awful, selfish, spoilt woman. I don't know whether to be angry at her or sorry for her.

Im laughing here. I know the Harries family as they live near me in Cardiff. The whole family are freaky money grabbers. Mr H owned the antique shop and he got a then young James/Lauren to pretend he was physic,anyone recall him telling Terry Wogan the antiques "spoke to him". When the business started to fail the shop mysteriously caught fire,needless to say Mr H did time in prison for that. Mrs H,James &Adam appeared on The Tricia Show when James became Lauren and Tricia made something of a fool of Lauren by disputing she/he could have periods. The whole family have a finger in every pie going. The only thing a lot of people didn't agree with was,the attacks. Lauren and Adam were both beaten black and blue by yobs brought in from another area by their oh so brave mates.

That's just it. I mean, you obviously know them better than I do, Feena, but as awful as James/Lauren is, I really feel he/she is one very damaged individual, and damaged at the hands of his/her family - this isn't the first time I've heard some pretty outrageous things about them. In that respect, I can only pity him/her.

I couldn't agree with you more saxy. James's parents manipulated him from a very young age. He was just about 8 when his dad opened the antiques shop and he used James to boost sales. His Mum had a florists shop at the same time and she "touted" James as being a physic. James was with his mum when she went to see her gp about something and SHE suggested to the gp that he should have a sex change. James agreed with this obviously as he said he was unsure of his sexuality. 1 brother Jonathan did a 2 week hynotherapy course and actually started treating people! Adam is about the sanest one. There's talk of Lauren going to the USA to start a new life. Strange family!

The last time I saw ( the now ) Lauren was on The Friday Night Project when David Tennant was the guest presenter. Lauren wore the coat covered in money that the audience grab at.

If I hear, one day, that Lauren has been found dead having committed suicide, it would not surprise me in the least. Awful, I know, but there we are.

His parents sent him to a private school. He was bullied there for being "Girlie". Maybe a fresh start in the US would be the best for him/her.
