Song Titles/Artist from TV show Scrubs

There are two episodes from the TV show Scrubs that have two very distinct songs that I'd like to find. One song is featured at the funeral of Dr. Perry Cox's brother in law and the other song was in the background of the episode where Dr. Cox lost three transplant patients when they were given organs from someone who had rabies.
Can anyone help?

Without watching the very episode again I know in the transplant episode "the fray - How to save a life" was in that episode and the other is deffo "Joshua Radin - Winter"
