.............the guy who wanted to start up a truck washing business at motorway service stations?

I can't even remember whether he got the backing he required, but I rememebr thinking at the time that he'd done his market research.

I remember he got the backing, but I also thought at the time that other truck washes (such as at Poplar 2000 nr Manchester) were better set up than his 'mobile' system. Haven't heard if he is on any MSA's.
