Watching the three ex-husbands tonight what a shame that there was no mention at all of a fourth one.

Considering that Derek was also a friend of Norris, why do you think he was totally ignored?

Derek did die, but as he was married to her before Norris it surely warrant a mention - especially from Norris.

I seem to remember there was some ill feeling between Derek and the producers but surely it would not result in this.
