Who would you make a complaint to if a programme that normally has sub-titles for the hard of hearing doesn't put them on? Also Film4 seem to be screening a lot of films of late from 9pm without them?

ofcom i think. It's extremely annoying and they should be told off. Try

I also find it frustrating ahving a deaf husband when they advertise subs and they dont pout them on. Also annoys me when they have the wrong subtitles for the wrong episode or they are slightly delayed in pre recorded programmes. I'd complain. It still amazes me how many films come out on DVD without them as well. Especially in this day and age.
