90's children tv show!

I have been trying to think of these two tv shows i used to watch when i was little, i think they were both on BBC.

The first one was a woman and she was dressed up in bright clothes and i think pigtails and had freckles painted on her face! She had like a model of the town she lived in, in her house, and it would zoom in on it and show you what people were doing. Oh i also think the woman had big black shoes!!

The second one is a boy who had a bucket and he could make wishes that would come true, with the bucket, and there was a witch who wanted to steal it!!

I hope someone else can remember these shows because everyone i speak to has never heard of them!!
