I have only recently got back into Doctors ( watched it years ago when bloke off james herriot was in it). Could anyone tell me why doctor Nick is in a wheelchair and what happened in today's episode? Many thanks.

Apparently Dr Nick was in a car crash , he was a passenger with George ( a lady Doctor ) driving , he was tipsy after a party and was trying to kiss her and they hit a skip somehow....
