just watched eastenders and peggys break in, ive never known an insurance company come out within minutes of a phone call telling them of the burglary!

It was not within minutes. The supposed break-in happened after closing time & it was the following day the insurance man called.

Anyway maybe insurance companies need to get there ASAP to assess the damage themselves before everyone messes it up (does that make sense?)
