What's the comedy programme title, please?

Really bugging me. Some time ago there was a program (a bit like Brass Eye) where there was a sketch which was a spoof on the 'news and weather' presentation.
The news individual reporters kept walking up and down stairs during their reports. Another bit was when there was a hand over between the 2 presenters at the desk and the weather guy - there was always a joke (in bad taste) which was greeted by the other side with versions of "don't go there".
Any ideas out there - please save my sanity!

There was a programme a bit like this called KYTV, but it was years ago so don't know if it's the one you are looking for. Angus Deayton was in it.

That's the kiddy Lorcan - saved me from believing I'd made it up!

I did look at KYTV but it wasn't that old and definitely didn't have AD in it.
