Just watching Emerdale and was wondering why Sarah doesn't walk anywhere, they're always carrying her everywhere, she must be 3 or 4 years old now !

It was the same with Little T J, he was carried for about 2 years.. Must be for insurance purposes

ive noticed that on a lot of programmes where children are, they always carry them everywhere

And Amy on Corrie never speaks a word, when someone speaks to her she just goes shy and puts her head towards their shoulder or their arm. I would have thought a child actress would need to be a bit less shy.

I am guessing it is for directorial pusposes and also for economy of shot during the very precious minutes of soap life. Can't be panning from one actress down to the child, it's not a full length movie.

It was due to a terrible accident whilst filming , she was left with her feet dangling over a stone wall and was attacked by a flock of rampant sheep, she had her shoes ripped off and has refused to go anywhere again unless she is carried........... funny 'cos that must have happened to my wife too, I have been carrying her for years now....
