I've seen an advert for the american series Dexter on uk tv anyine else see it and when does it start and what channel ? Think it was 5 US but not sure.

It was originally shown here on FX.I think it's going to be on ITV1 or ITV3.That struck me as odd as I don't think it's an ITV type of series.

In the UK, FX aired the first series on Sky TV. On 9th February they announced that they no longer had the rights to Dexter. On the same day ITV started showing teaser adverts, hinting that they would be showing Dexter series 1 on ITV4, and series 2 on ITV in March

Series 1 of Dexter begins airing on ITV1 Wed. 27th Feb. 22:35 to 23:40. Repeated on ITV4 Fri. 29th.

Firstyl, i totally agree Dexter is not an ITV type of show. i watched the first season on FX and loved it, thought it might go to CH5 or maybe 4. When i heard FX weren't getting the rights I downloaded the whole of season 2 and watched it in 3 nights. Its a GREAT show and i have recommened it to everyone i know. They just got the go ahead to make a 3rd season and i cant wait.
