what's wrong with Patsy Kensit's face ?

I don't normally watch Holby City but I watched it last night and was wondering has Patsy had some kind of botched implant surgery in her face. She could hardly move her face whilst talking and she was all bloated - it was weird ! She still looks good though.

Maybe she went in to have her neck stretched and it went wrong. She always looks like someone dropped a heavy weight on her head and pushed her neck into her shoulders.
