Sky have just advertised Zulu and The Italian Job in HD.
How can this be as these films were made in the sixties . I realise there may be some extra quality but is what they are getting at?

From kempies update it seems that 35mm is already better than HD.

Remember these films were made to be shown on screens 30 feet wide, not small home TVs.

Now for the first time we will be seeing them on TV in the quality in which they were filmed.
