Classic FM

Does anyone know what happened to Clasic FM that used to be on Sky Music? Tuned in the other day and couldn't find it anywhere, which was really annoying because it was the only classic channel that used to be on there.

Just checked mine and can find Classic FM on channel 0106 (tv guide - more - radio)

Martin t. When you say 0106, where are you finding this. My music listings go from 340 - 396. I'm talking telly, not radio are you?

I am, it's the only place I have ever found Classic FM on Sky, sorry I can't help much more than that.

Classic FM TV (EPG channel 359) was replaced by oMusic TV some time before Christmas.

kempie .... Was Classic FM the same as Smooth Classics? I am another one who was very disappointed shortly before Xmas when Smooth Classics just disappeared. Not even sure what Channel No it used to be but have tried oMusic TV, which is similar but nowhere near as good ..... the quality of the recordings seems to fall a little short and there is not the variety and I get the impression there are about a dozen pieces of music in a loop.

i agree that O music is no where near as good as classic tv.

Thanks for your responses everyone, I've found it now. I agree it's not as good as before, but the only compensation is that it's better than all the other rubbish on offer.
