There was a sit com called An actors life for me, in the 80s staring Gordon Sinclair.Ive tried finding out if the BBC has it on video or disc without much luck.Anyone got any info?

'An Actor's Life for Me' was an 'in-house' BBC production, so if they don't put it out on video nobody else will. (It's unlikely that it will appear on DVD since it was largely regarded as a flop in its TV version; it only ran for one season of 6 episodes).

The TV series was a spin-off from the original radio series. (More accurately, there were three series, with a total of 19 episodes). BBC7 has already repeated the first radio series (of 7 episodes) and, given the way that its schedules work, it will almost certainly do so again. It may well also repeat the later radio episodes.

Therefore, if you're a fan of the programme, I suggest keeping an eye on the BBC7 schedule (or emailing the schedulers) to find out when it's on the radio again. (In my opinion, the radio version was far better anyway)
