Man from Eastenders, who is he?

On Friday's Eastenders there was a guy that was interested in Stacey when she was in R&R's with Bradders and another gal, and Bradley told him where to go.

Does anyone know what this guy has previously been in as I recognise him and cant think of where I have seen him?
