i watched Scott get voted off X Factor last Saturday and couldn't stop laughing at him as he stood there, staring at the ground not talking to Dermot the host.

Did anyone else find that funny?

I did! When he said 'Actually there is something I want to say', I expected a rant about how unfair it was that the only reason Daniel stayed in was because of his story. I was waiting for 'I'm sick of people coming on here and getting through because of their dead relations!!! IT'S NOT FAIR!!!!!', shouting and crying as he stamped his feet.

Now that would have been good television.
I didnt think it was funny but found it really embarrassing. He made a fool of himself.
I think that he was so sure of himself that he was going to win.
I felt he came across like a spoilt brat. It was painful watching Dermot trying to get him to say something.
yea agree he was embarrassed. dont think he was that good anyway.
That was a sign of a bad loser. He did behave a bit childish, stood there shaking his head and pulling his lip.
aawww....poor lickle boy.
:-(
sorry meant it was embarrasing, he was a pretty bad loser.
I got the impression he was simply trying not to cry, and he was controlling his emotions by not speaking and not catching the eye of anyone he knew.

And no, I did not find it funny at all. People should not be despised because they loose their dreams.
Despised? That's a bit harsh and don't think anyone actually thought that about him. At the end of the day, he chose to put himself out there to be judged by millions of people and he shouldn't have done it unless he was prepared to be criticised at some point. I know it must have been hard for him. I couldn't have stood there and taken it on the chin either but then again I haven't put myself in that position.
It might have been better if he had have had a cry....he would have got a cuddle from Dermot anyway.
Now there's a position I'd gladly put myself in! ;)
It was absolutely disgusting to see him standing there almost in tears because he had lost.

What about those brave servicemen in the audience who had lost limbs, i did not see any of those lads in tears.

Yes these guys had lost limbs, that would effect the rest of their lives, but they have not lost their pride.

Pathetic, pathetic, pathetic.
And only when one of Our Boys sheds a tear is it ever acceptable for another member of the British public.
Must 'our boys' be brought into everything AOG. Whilst I think Scott acted like a petulant child when he lost, there is nothing wrong with men shedding tears. A stiff upper lip isn't necessarily a sign of a true man or a sign of having no pride.

Why would one of 'our boys' (how that term irritate's me) have cried on the X factor anyway? I am sure they have shed a lot of tears over their fate (rightly so).
Just cus servicemen weren't crying on show, doesn't mean Scotts not allowed too. I'm sure the servicemen cried a lot when they lost their limbs, so why shouldn't Scott cry cus he lost his dream. Just cus losses are on a different level doesn't mean he can't cry.
Any body mention "OUR BOYS" I know I didn't.

Brave Servicemen, Lads, Guys, but not our boys.

But then what do facts matter when you are being stupid?

If the term irritates you Lofty stop using it when there is no need.

Posting above mine by Quinlad AOG.

And I was not being stupid, I was airing my views which are obviously different from yours. Does that make me stupid?
Well I thought he was pathetic. "It's my dream, all I ever wanted to do"

Get a grip and get a life. Scott I mean.
