When watching Freeview channels sometimes the sound is not synchronised with the pictures.

This is particularly irritating when watching the news.

Is there a simple quick fix for this?

My freeview does this sometimes. I just switch off the freeview then switch back on. This solves it.

Ours does the same thing and we have to switch off the freeview box to reset it.

It seems to happen with my bedroom TV set when we switch it on. I think it has something to do with the fact that both TV and Freeview box are left on standby between times.

I used to switch the box off and then on again, but found out a couple of days ago that (with my box, at least), all I need to do is press the 'menu' button and reselect the channel.
