Effy's dress Skins First episode

Hello, does anyone know where the dress effy wore in season 3 last week is from? Its a light blue floaty short dress. she wore it with lots of necklaces!

"Effys dress started off life as a slightly more modest party dress by Tom Tailor, we hacked about 10 inches off the hem, chopped the sleeves off boiled it and dipdyed the hem - only then did it truly look like it belonged in Effy's wardrobe!" that's what the costume designer for skins wrote on the e4 sight.i love it and it's so awkward... boo :(

well i have a black dress from warehouse that if you dipdied that and hacked off the arms it looks like it too, my dress was only �65.00
