Health Program

Does anybody know the name of this tv program I used to watch about 3 or 4 years ago. Basically, parents were shown how their unhealthy kids were going to look in years to come and the health problems they would have if they didn't change. The family would meet the presentor in a large room with a big screen that would show an age face generator thing of them. I think it was on channel 4 or some thing, anybody know?
