TV retuning.

I retuned my Sony without trouble but all the channels are now jumbled. Before retuning they wre in the order listed as shown by the list of TV and Radio channels: e.g. BBC! - channel 1; BBC2- channel 2 and so on.. Any ideas anyone. The retune I have does make a mockery of the channel list I had previously
