blue screenon the tv

Can anybody please help we had the grand children over and they got caught with the tv remote now when I play back what Ive recorded all I get is a blue screen with the words av1and stereo come up in the top left corner can anybody help

Try switching off at the mains wait for a coulpe of minutes and switch back on, this often resets the system to the default settings
