Yeah i've eben there a couple of times at high tide its about 3 or 4 foot from the water to the highest part of the bridge.

I stayed on barton Broad many years ago and remember taking my little rowing boat up the River Ant. Then i spied this huge Paddle Steamer with Southern Comfort written all over it bearing down on me.
OMG, my boat was swept into the bank just by the waves it created, then capsized.
I look back now and have a laugh.
