something frost perhaps
Other possible words are presents, offerings, food, fir trees.

It's likely, I think, that the word AND or THE and IN or ON will be in there
Just realised this is in TV section. Does that mean the answer is the name of a TV programme?
It's something to do with Christmas, as other people were also asking.
Some other examples were, "have a drink with friends", "visit relatives" and so on.

Can't think why they posted it in TV.
You can nearly get "frost pain on the fingers"? if the d was a t.
For those who are puzzled, I would recommend a look at the OP's other questions and come to their own conclusions.
squarebear's answer made me think - does ROASTING ON AN OPEN FIRE fit?
No. If you remove 'roasting' from the word in the OP, you're left with 'peefdofinshr'...
well it nearly leaves "on his open fire"
Maybe there's a letter missing/incorrect.
Perhaps it's 'roasting hip offenders'...
