Am I going la la or did I hear an anouncement last week on Freeview that this week starting today you can watch Sky pay channel for free for a week as a taster ?
If so on which Freeview channel pls ?

By the by Sky Sports has two pay channels on freeview up around Channel 40 so it is probably them.

The only Sky channel I know that launches today is Sky Atlantic. It's a free HD channel and starts broadcasting at 8:00 p.m.

Channel 11 is Sky3, it's already there on freeview.

cool, everything crossed that they show a couple of prem league matches, must go and check the fixtures for that weekend. I wonder does that mean they are cancelling sky3. Not that it would be much of a loss.

well I certainly got things mucked up but after watching tv today I have discovered there is a new sky chanel on 108 opens tonight but only for Sky subscribers and on the weekend of 11th to 13th Feb there is a free "weekend pass" to watch premier sky on channel 11 for all freeview viewers.i think I am more muddles than la la.
Must try harder, but not la la yet !

My OH has fathomed out how to get sky sports for free on his laptop, followed a link from some forum he goes on and it works, ok it did at weekend but not too good tonight kept freezing and losing signal especially when a goal was scored, could have been atmospherics as it worked perfectly the other day
