Series 16, all six episodes have been broadcast and what have we learnt?
Apart from the usual toys for rich boys. A decidedly lacklustre approach to informative journalism or humorous entertainment and of course there was that controversial Mexican slur placed to presumably win over viewers from the right wing US.
Bit of a damp squib this entire series, and rather shameless if you ask me.
it might also be worth pointing out just how fekking annoying it is when someone keeps following you about in your threads and being a complete knob ... like I'm doing now.
... it got to you within 4 posts, look inward and learn from it.
i have'nt learnt anything but i have been entertained, what do 12 million viewers learn from Coronation st, or Eastenders, you dont need to learn anything to be entertained.
Oh, maybe as this is concurrently running parallel to the New users thread in Chatterbank it's appropriate to ridicule the question.
Or is that a habitual trait Naz, you seem invariably to side on the take the p!ss course of action.
I think they're scraping the barrel a bit - I would have thought they'd at least have thought of something new and original to replace the Stig.
tbh, I'm only really interested in the challenges now, even though it's obvious that a massive amount of the material is staged/scripted I do find them funny.
I could be one of the first ones to jump on any of the political incorrectness ( as you well know daoji ;-) ) but I can read between the lines and don't take any of the apparent homophobia/sexism seriously, I know they're just being crass for the sake of entertainment.
I've been entertained by previous series of Top Gear, but not this one.
To flagrantly ship out an inherently flawed combine harvester to Norway at license payers expense whilst vehemently denying it's blokes "cocking about" is an insult.
What are you saying then, just because you are not entertained anymore, the progrmme should be dropped, but it does'nt matter about the other 6 million viewers, that is just your opinion. not the opinion of the majority of the public.
