If the discs are worn that could be your problem.....too much travel for the pads gives warning light.

After the pad change did you top up the resoviour?

Try this ..
After replacing the sensor, turn the ignition key to the 2nd position for around 30 seconds without turning over the engine...the light goes out?

sorry to trouble you all. my grand,daughter had a tyre changed for the test and it was the tyre pressure warning light.
