2006 Ford Focus Wiper Blades
I have a 2006 Ford Focus sedan, my wiper blades are very noisy when they are functioning, they make a scapping noise on the windscreen. I have purchased new wipers and this happened again after a couple of uses. I purchased some windscreen cleaner hoping this would make a difference but to no avail. Someone told me to put graphite on the rubbers of the wipers has anyone ver heard of this or do you have asolution to my problem.

Whichever way they scrape .. it's easy to fix. Twist the wiper arm (halfway down the thin part of arm) with some protected grips to allow the blade to be more upright (toward 90deg) on the sweep. This will stop all the juddering.
Check with wet screen and make sure blade action now smooth on botyh sweeps.
Using silicon/RainX, and other lubricants will encourage shimmy across the screen in my experience)
