I'm hoping a Mazda technician may see this. I'm a proud owner of a Mazda rx8 and two yrs ago had a replacement engine after mine went boom when one of the oil injector failed.
My rx8 is a series 1 which only has two oil injectors on each rotor but the other series engines have three.
I'm not asking for a official response from Mazda as I no the response but I just wants to no if pre-mixing oil in the fuel may help.

^ Surprised you haven't an answer after all that Googling ... you had a day.
Personally, I don't think that is a great idea .. I think it may cause a problem with gummed up rotor seals. I may be wrong .. Have a look around the owners forums.

Hi guys I am a member of the rx8 club the trouble is the owners who do pre mix think it makes a difference to the performance of the car and feel it will help pre-long there engines. On the other side there are those who feel there's not enough data to show pre mixing works . Just need some one from Mazda to unofficially say if it well do any harm
Don't need names just a straight answer .
They never will tho, will they?!
