status of Parkingcamera .com

I have recently returned a reversing camera to Parking cameras .com for check and replacement as it appears to be faulty.

However I have found that I am having trouble contacting them either by phone or E mail.

Has anyone else had trouble with this company as I fear they may be in trouble.

I'm guessing that you've missed an 's' from the end of the web address. (i.e. I'm working from Craftypig's second link).

If so, despite the fairly impressive website, it appears to be a one-man business run from home, since 2 Silverdale Road, Ramsgate looks like this:
