Dent repairers

Does anyone have experience of the 'paintless dent removal' by the mobile type repairers? I have a tiny dent in the door of my picanto which annoys me no end ,the car being only a year old. It happened as it was parked in a street. Looks like a wobbly cyclist marked it but cannot be sure.
Preferably in the Leicester area( long shot , I know) Thanks

If you know a local body shop in your area, ask one of the body fitters can he / she use a sucker to try & pull out the dent, other than that, depending where the dent is on the door, can you remove the door card & press it out with your finger?
