With respect Noof, Ist, did you take someone with you when you first looked at the car & check it out? did you have a warranty? did you do your homework on the dealer? did you take the car back with any issues you had? if not, why not? depending how long you had the car before many things had gone wrong, you should have demanded your money back, if the sellers fobbed you off you could have contacted Trading Standards as to me, the car was not fit for purpose, 2yrs there's not much you can do not only trade the car in, If you decide to do that, its up to you if you declare the faults, if you DO say nothing & a new seller contacts you tell them the truth.
