my car keeps dying as soon as i press my clutch to stop. the ref meter falls past the idling mark and dies. when the car is hot it even dies when you start it. if someone has any ideas, i will appreciate it.

sounds like timing problem shouldnt cost too much at your local garage

Sounds more like the idle control valve is playing up, they do gum up and stop working properly.
