Ford Ka won't lock?!

My wife's Ka won't lock!
When she turns the key to lock you hear the mechanism lock then unlock again, no matter which door lock you use.

it seems the central locking is senseing an open driver or pax door, try it back and forth on the key a few times also as theres a trip in the locks that stick.
