Hi our car recently developed a judder when setting off in 1st gear we took it to a Ford garage and had it checked.they advised a new clutch and slave cylinder. They said they had not done one previously so we rang another ford garage, told them the circumastances and they did the work. 450 and one month later same problem we rang the garage who did the work and they said they did the job we asked for and it could be the flywheel!! Anyone any ideas please??Twinny

If the judder occurs when you're slipping the clutch and pulling away it could be a misalignment of the clutch plate. When the clutch pedal is up, does the car accelerate smoothly?
