I recently sold a car on ebay. It came about as a result of a 'free listing' promotion that was offered. You may check to see whether there are any current offers.

My experience was prompt and positive.

Depends if you REALLY want to sell it ! Free ads don't really capture a large audience.

If you don't mind spending a little to normally get a result then put it on Ebay auction with a reserve price but be realistic about what you ask for it. Look on Parker's on line guide to see what is possible.
