vectra alarm system

hi i have a vectra on a 1995 just had it a few days ago and yesterday when i set the alarm the indicators flashed as normal but then they stay on all the time the only way i can get them to go off is put the igntion switch on or take the fuse out can any 1 help many thanx neil

Don't know exactly how this model's alarm works. Is what happens similar to what would happen if you left a door open and tried to alarm it? If so, suspect i dodgy contact on one of the door sensors. This happened on the wife's Berlingo and only took a few minutes to sort - but weeks to regain confidence in the alarm/locking system!
