Ford Galaxy 2003 - Power Steering Noise

Ford Galaxy drives perfectly, just makes a noise when the power steering has to work, like parking and low gear manovures? Any clues, does it sound like power steering pump in need of replacement?

Hi Jim, Ist check your belt tension, 2nd, the Fluid It is Hydraulic oil (Red) If you can see the belt clearly check for cracks If so, replace, Whilst you are checking, Check your tyre pressures. T.W.R.
If you only hear it when on full luck that is normal.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
had one check bearing on top of front shock
check the gauze in the steering reservoir, sometimes lets more air in than normal.
