If a car is taken for an MOT but is not insured what happens?

is the mechanic legally obliged to tell the authorities?

would he even find out ?

insurance has nothing to do with an MOT. That said, you are aware it shouldn't be driven without insurance.
there is no way of him knowing if the car is insured.

If we have anything supect briught in to us we use *******.com to check for insurance
the garage arent interested if its got insurance or not, its not their problem!!!

It is Iligal to take a car on the road without Insurance, May it be for an MOT or anything.
