Super Unleaded in an M reg Fiesta?

I accidently put super unleaded in my 1.1L Fiesta today and have heard that this is bad for this type of car.

Is it gonna cause much damage?

It won't cause any damage except to your wallet, unless it's a diesel engine.

It won't cause any damage. In fact it'll clean your fuel system as Super contains extra additives designed to do just that.
