Hi,

I have a 2005 Vauxhall Tigra Sport 1.4l. It has 17in ultra low profile tyres but I am having difficulty working out whether or not they need to be run flats or not. Can anyone help?

The local tyre place that changed my tyres last time said that I needed run-flats, but they are of course more expensive and I am not sure whether my car is fitted with the relevant sensor to say when I have a problem with run-flats.

Once again I need new tyres and it would be great if someone could say for definite whether or not they should be run-flat. I tried to find the information in my handbook but had no success...

Many Thanks

If you want ordinary tyres on your Tigra you will need to buy a set of new wheels to fit them on.
