Meriva with central locking hazard light fault

We have had a Vauxhall Meriva from new since Feb 07. It has been to the supply-ing dealer 8 times since new for the same recurring, but intermittent fault; when you un-lock the car using the remote on the key the hazard lights start to flash and wont turn off for about 15 minutes.

Any-one else seen this fault?
Any-one know how to fix it?
