206 with an unfinished bodykit due its MOT

Ive got a 206 which is in the middle of being modded. Will it fail the MOT as the front bumper is not yet finished? it doesnt stick out with any sharp edges and its very safe but im worried it may fail.....shall I put the original bumpers back on?

the modified one wont fail provided it is insecure, has no sharp egdes and is not fouling the road wheels
